Amy
Amy began working for Michael David Salon in 2011, bringing a refreshing and upbeat approach to highlights, color, and cuts. She believes you can never stop learning in this industry, so staying current with the latest hair cutting trends and taking continuing education classes in Wella Color provides a solid base for her creativity. One of Amy’s best qualities is her willingness to listen and her number one goal is for her clients to be confident and satisfied with their hairstyle. She absolutely loves every aspect of her job and strives to make your experience at Michael David Salon a special one.
Carrye
Carrye joined the Michael David Salon team in early 2011. She graduated in 2008 receiving her Managing Esthetics License from The Spa School. Carrye specializes in facial waxing and eyebrow & lash tinting. She offers facial treatments to help maximize the clients’ skin care needs and finds assessing and addressing skin conditions both challenging & rewarding. Carrye looks forward to seeing you for your beauty essentials.
Cindy
Cindy has worked with the Michael David Salon since 2007 as a Managing Esthetician and Make-up artist. To help further meet her clients’ needs, she recently received her cosmetology license and was certified in the Deva Cut for Curly Hair technique. Her dedication to the industry for the past 10 years has helped her clients feel better and look younger. Educated in Murad products, she strives to make your visit relaxing and rewarding. Cindy specializes in custom facials, body waxing, eyelash & eyebrow tinting, & special occasion make-up as well as all hair services. She looks forward to scheduling with you for all of your beauty needs.
Darlene
Darlene is an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist who has been with Michael David Salon since 2009. She graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in 2000 and has furthered her education through courses in Orthopedic Massage for Complicated Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist & Hand Conditions, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Stretching Upper & Lower Extremities, La Stone Therapy (Hot Stone), Chair Massage and Structural Release Techniques. She strives to encourage balance in every client by using massage techniques that decrease pain and muscle tension, resulting in increased emotional balance and relaxation.
Jennifer
"Gabby" has been working as a Nail Professional for 12 years and has been with the Michael David Salon team since 2004. She is a Creative Nail Design “Grand Master” and is also a licensed Minx Nail Professional. She believes that education is essential to her trade and is always trying to find you the latest in nail trends. Gabby’s nail enhancements, manicure and pedicure services are of the highest quality and her focus is on your relaxation. Gabby says “ I am a perfectionist that feels perfection is never reached.”
Layla
Layla is a Managing Esthetician and has been working with the Michael David Salon since 2004. She specializes in result-oriented skin care treatments and Brazilian Waxing. Layla has over 10 years experience providing exceptional skin care and offering full body and facial waxing as well. After graduating from the Spa School, she has continued her education through a variety of courses to stay current with the latest and most innovative products and treatments for your skin.
Lindsay
Lindsay has been working behind the chair at Michael David for 3 years. She graduated from the Ohio Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School in 2007. While in school she worked in hair fashion shows, photo shoots and a television show gaining expertise in the diversity of her profession. Lindsay is a certified Curly Hair specialist through training from Deva Curl. She also specializes in perms and dry cutting techniques. Lindsay takes continuing education to stay fresh with the latest trends. She has most recently been certified in the Keratin Smoothing Treatment.
Lori
Lori began her aesthetics career in 2004, after graduating from the Columbus Aveda Institute. She specializes in customized skincare, full body waxing, and lash & brow tinting. Lori is a professional make-up artist and has completed her certification as an Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extension Stylist. Lori’s goal is to leave her clients feeling pampered and educated about how combining a healthy lifestyle, professional treatments, and proper at home care can result in feeling radiant from the inside out.
Michelle
Michelle has been a Hair Stylist at Michael David Salon since 2006. She received her education from The Ohio Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School where she also worked briefly as an educator before returning full time to the salon. Michelle takes continuing education very seriously. She has trained with Wella, Pureology, and Paul Mitchell among others. Most recently she has been certified in the Keratin Smoothing Treatment and is a certified Curly Hair specialist with Deva Curl.
Molly
Molly has been a hair stylist since 2008 and joined the Michael David Salon in early 2011. As a graduate of the Ohio Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School, Molly continues to work as an educator of hair stylists. Molly also continues her education and was recently certified in the Deva Cut for curly hair. She enjoys attending hair shows and classes to keep up with the latest trends.
Shannon
Shannon attended the North West Career Center in Dublin, Ohio graduating in 2004. Experienced as a Hair Designer in Gahanna, Ohio for six years she then made the move to Michael David Salon in 2011 to continue to grow professionally. Specializing in the Wella Color line, Shannon is also experienced in the Relaxing Treatments for Ethnic/African American hair.
